Getting started

The 10-minute path from signup to your first team invite.


Welcome. Here's the fast path.

1. Create your workspace

Sign up with your work email. Pick a workspace name — usually your company name. Lenavio will provision your tenant in under 30 seconds.

2. Choose your region

At first-login, you pick your data residency: Brazil, the US, or the EU. This is permanent. Your data — and its backups — live in that region forever.

3. Import your people

Three options:

  • CSV. Drag a file with the columns we list in the importer. Column mapping UI catches messy data.
  • From another HRIS. We support direct import from most major HRIS platforms — BambooHR, Gusto, Rippling, and others. Talk to us if you need a specific integration.
  • Manual. Add one employee at a time from the People module. Fine for the first 10.

4. Invite your admins

Settings → Members → Invite. Assign roles. The permission model is role-based by default, overridable per-person if you need it.

5. Turn on the modules you'll actually use

From Settings → Modules, enable the ones you want. Start with People, Time Off, and Documents. Add Complaints, Recruiting, or AI Assistant when you're ready.
