This Cookie Policy explains how Lenavio, Inc. (“Lenavio”) uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) on lenavio.com and the Lenavio application.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use related technologies such as browser local storage and session tokens. For simplicity we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Required for authentication, session integrity, CSRF protection, and load balancing. Cannot be disabled.
- Preferences. Remember your display preferences such as language and theme.
- Analytics. Aggregated usage telemetry used to improve the product. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not share data for cross-site advertising.
- Marketing (consent-based). Set only when you accept the cookie banner, used for measuring campaign effectiveness. Never used for selling personal information.
3. Representative cookies
- lenavio_session — strictly necessary, session, authenticates your logged-in session.
- lenavio_csrf — strictly necessary, session, prevents cross-site request forgery.
- lenavio_prefs — preferences, 12 months, stores UI settings.
- _ln_analytics — analytics, 13 months, first-party aggregated usage.
4. Your choices
Where required by law, we present a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer (once deployed) or by clearing cookies in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be turned off.
5. Do Not Track
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable. Because industry standards for Do Not Track vary, we do not respond to raw DNT headers but treat GPC as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under CCPA/CPRA.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
